Citroen's C3 offers a green ride with 99g/km of CO2

Citroen boosts its fleet of green cars further up in announcing the release of its C-Segment hatchbacks. What makes them truly green is the 99g/km of CO2 emissions. So while you ride, you actually do your bit in keeping the planet cooler than before. Dubbed as C3, the car has just been released before its due unveiling at Frankfurt Auto Show 2009.

Touting a full Zenith Windscreen, it promises lesser subjection to harsh rays and extends over the front occupant’s head. The 3.94 meters long, C3 improves upon its previous models. The convoy’s forerunner will come complete with the HDi 90 DPFS engine, that presently emits 99 g/km of CO2 and the upcoming models hope to bring it further down to 90 g/km positively.
