Here comes an eco car that is said to be destined to be the new “Car of the Future.” EarthSure, a renewable energy company and innovator in alternative energy, has officially announced the AirRay, a concept car that will produce energy through solar and wind power. Boasting an entirely unique system, the AirRay has a roof of a solar honeycomb-membrane panel that collects the sun’s rays when parked or in the moving stage. The energy is then transferred to the storage system positioned at the back of the vehicle.
To add to this, the car even has three wind turbines in the front hood that transfer air into electric energy to be stored in the main battery. An extra wind turbine located on the trunk of the car grasps at the airflow that surrounds the car when driving. The Vehicle to Grid (V2G) capabilities allow the users to transfer renewable power back into their home for household usage. The power pack can even be transferred into the electrical grid to lessen their electric bills.
EarthSure CEO Raymond Saluccio says…
Our final masterpiece of automobile will be solely electric powered and not have any need for gas or oil. The energy the car creates through the solar panels and the wind turbines will be enough for the automobile to run without worry of losing power. Not only that, but it is a sleek looking car! The AirRay car not only turns air and light into energy, but will turn a lot of heads too!
The car is in the works and the company has already filed many patents with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Please tell me that this was produced to mock somebody. Please tell me that these people don’t actually believe that you can power a car with the apparent wind that is produced by the car’s speed. Somebody needs a lesson in the law of conservation of energy. This reminds me of those little propellers people put on their trailer hitches. I tell gullible people that they are used to charge batteries to drive the car.
