The $8226 futuristic T3 Motion electric scooter designed in police-style blue and yellow livery was demonstrated by Sussex police officers as well as Chief Constable Martin Richards at the agricultural show in Ardingly, near Haywards Heath, West Sussex.

The T3 mMtion scooter is a trike with a 9-inch high riding platform to get clear visibility for the crowds and can reach a maximum speed of 25mph. The trike has already been adopted by a number of police forces in the US.

Features of T3 Motion:

Electric vehicle: Produces zero carbon emissions
Easy to operate: Simple and spontaneous to drive and operates for less than 10 cents per day
Range: Changeable power modules
Charge Time: 3-4 hours
LED: The trike is equipped with LED lighting which powers the headlights, emergency lights, running lights and brake lights
Saves: $25,000 per year from other gas powered vehicles
Capacity: 450 pounds, which includes rider and the equipment

Sadly, the trike is not street legal in the UK yet. Anyway, don’t you think that the scooter has the potential to dilute all our road congestion woes?
