World’s biggest playing cards house made using 218,792 cards

You must have seen a number of unusual structures in the past, but this time I have for you something that is unbelievable. Bryan Berg, a name that made it into the Guinness World Record has broken his own record by building the largest house of free-standing playing cards. The American architect has successfully created a replica of the Venetian Macau from 218,792 cards. The breath-taking creation residing inside the Venetian itself took 44 days and 4,051 decks of cards to complete.

The model that is on display in the Venetian Macau luxury hotel and casino measures 33 feet by just under 10 feet. Weighing 44 stone, what is the most interesting thing about it is the fact that the cards are stacked without glue or tape. In Berg’s view, it is the most ambitious project he has undertaken to date. While constructing the largest house of free-standing playing cards several times the structure nearly collapsed. Taking inspiration from his card-playing grandfather, Berg hopes to inspire some visitors at The Venetian Macao.

Yes,I would like to ask why didn’t he spend his time doing something useful like posting snide comments on another man’s achievement on message boards. At least he’s doing something to make people smile. And whose to say he’s not getting paid a bucket load to do this?
